ANNUAL DINNER MEETING

We will be conducting a very critical meeting in regards to the viability of the Perry-Morrice Chamber of Commerce.  We have recently been asking for members to step forward and participate on the board.  We have had interest by one though no other responses.  As we are financially sound in our existence we lack the participation needed to be an effective Chamber.  We need everyone possible to attend the Annual Dinner Meeting Tuesday evening.

As we are asking for Food donations in place of the traditional door prize from your business here are some suggested items that our local food bank could use to restock the shelves…

Fruit Juice, Canned fruits, Pancake Mix, Pancake Syrup, Honey, Crackers,

Toilet paper (4 rolls), Hand soap, and Toothpaste.

Additional Respite Volunteers being needed in the Perry and Morrice communities.  We have a Respite Volunteer Training coming up in February.

Also attached is information about the Respite Volunteer St. Patrick’s Party on March 12th.  We are currently seeking sponsors, and requesting donations of auction items.  We also have tickets available.  The tickets are $25. per person with $10. being deductible.  Tickets are only sold in advance.  [Attachment]
